Sampling:
Sampling is the act of taking a portion of one sound recording and reusing it as an instrument or element of a new recording.
Sampling is also known as audio frequency, and is referred to

A standard audio CD uses: 44,100 Hz,128 Kbps, Stereo.
Bitrate:
Bitrate or 'Bit Rate' is the average number of bits that one second
of audio data will consume. Higher bitrate means bigger file size and generally better
audio quality, while lower bitrate means lower file size but worse
audio quality. A standard audio CD uses: 44,100 Hz, 128 Kbps, Stereo.
Channel:
If stereo is selected, your output audio will be encoded with
two channels. If mono is selected, this results in a single channel.
A standard audio CD uses: 44,100 Hz,
128 Kbps, Stereo.
All you need
to know is:
A standard audio CD setting is:
44,100 Hz (Sampling),
128 Kbps (Bitrate),
and Stereo (Channel).
These are the only setting you will need to know to
convert your mp3 files to CD quality.
A standard audio voice mp3 is:
32,100 Hz (Sampling),
128 Kbps (Bitrate),
Mono (Channel)
with Encoder Quality 5. This will produce a
good quality mp3 voice audio file at a reduced file
